Yes, Timeless is a network of some of the world’s most innovative and cutting edge independent, small and mid-sized law firms. There is no joining fee or annual subscription fee. Our primary purpose is to help our members and their clients become more successful. We’ve developed a range of tools and support to help our members gain a winning advantage to build a highly profitable, sustainable legal practice.
Can I change my email address?
Your can request a change to your email address by contacting support.
Can I change my password?
Yes, simply click on the Settings link once logged in and follow the prompts.
Are my credit card details safe?
Timeless uses industry-leading payment processor Braintree to process all credit card transactions. This means that Timeless never sees or retains or stores your credit card details.
Do I have to pay for the services Timeless provides?
While being a member of Timeless is free, Advantage is a single upfront fee.
How do I pay for Timeless services?
Our current payment options are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Is our data safe?
Timeless is committed to securing all our products, services and customer information. We secure your information and database at a top tier web hosting company who control the physical and environmental components of security. We employ the highest industry standards in our development process. It is your responsibility to ensure that your passwords are only made available to the appropriate users within your firm.

Do you offer money back guarantees?
Yes, we pride ourselves on getting things right. That doesn’t mean we’re perfect, but when we make mistakes we fix them.
If you’re not happy with any of our services, get in touch with us and we’ll either try to solve the problem, provide you with a credit or refund any money you have paid to us for that service in the past 30 days. It’s your choice.
Can I download the video material for viewing off-line?
No. The videos are only accessible online through your web browser. We don’t offer download in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
Why do I get redirected back to the Timeless website when I try to access Timeless Advantage?
To access Advantage content you have to have an active subscription and be logged in to Timeless.
Click Login and then click on the “Timeless Advantage” button on your member dashboard.
Is Advantage available on a mobile device?
Advantage is designed for larger screen users. In the future, and based on user feedback, we’ll revisit this design decision to make Advantage’s user interface more responsive to smaller devices.
